Cork Airport is only 15 miuntes drive while the train station and bus station are only a few minutes walk from the hotel. The main shopping centre and Cork City’s bustling Patrick’s Street thoroughfare is literally just around the corner.
Upon arriving at Cork Bus Station, leave the building, face the river and turn left. Follow the traffic, along the river. Turn right at the first bridge and then take the second left on to Coburg St. You will see us on the right hand side.
Alternatively, if you are coming from Cork Railway Station, which is roughly a 10 minute walk from our Hotel, leave the station, turn left on to the footpath. Proceed to walk approximately 800 metres in a straight line, continue on through the cross roads and you will see us on the right.
1. When travelling on the N8 /Dublin road/ to Cork, travel up the Quays Do Not Cross any Bridge. Travel to the 4th bridge and turn right. At the next junction turn right, and left and follow the flow of the traffic.
2. When travelling on the N20 /Limerick road/ Travel to the City Centre. Travel as far as Heineken Ireland which is located on you right, and the road divides at the traffic lights, turn left, after the petrol station. After the next set of traffic lights, the Hotel is located on the left hand side of the street, ino the car park to the back of the hotel – access through the double gates.
Directions from Cork Airport by car
When you leave the Airport, you will approach a large roundabout with the third exit signed for the City Centre. Follow this road via the South Link Road and proceed on the N27 signs. Go over the Michael Collins Bridge and turn left, drive up to the third bridge (Christy Ring Bridge) and take a right. At the next junction turn right again and then take a left. Follow the flow of traffic by turning right at the traffic lights. The Ashley Hotel is located on the left side of the street, with the car park to the back of the Hotel through the double gates.
